#2-Cannes
Cannes is a city and commune in the French department of Alpes-Maritimes, and more precisely in the region of Provence-Alpes-Cote D’Azur. Located in the extreme point of South-East France, Cannes is known as a crossroad between the Alps, Provence, Monaco, and neighbors Italy. The French Riviera city is one of Europe’s most famous cities, as it is a host of fancy hotels, beautiful cars, famous people, and glorious beaches. Its most famous event is the Cannes Film Festival. The Film Festival, which attracts many celebrities, is one of the world’s oldest, most influential, and prestigious film festivals in the world. The Film Festival is the second most known event worldwide, after the Olympic games of course. Cannes is also famous for its nightlife, with its ravishing one of a kind nightclubs, bars, and casinos. Cannes is where I was born and where I grew up.
