#1-Who is the best soccer player in the world?
Who is the best soccer player on the planet? This question is the start to numerous debates around the world. The midfielders and forwards get most of the votes, for they are the ones who score the goals. Lionel Messi, the Argentinian who plays for Barcelona, is a popular candidate for the best player nomination. Another player is last years Golden Ball and Fifa world player of the year winner. The Brazilian who plays for AC Milan won the Champions League last year, and even finished top scorer of the competition with 10 goals. However, in my opinion, Manchester United’s Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo is without a doubt the best player in the world. He’s the current top scorer in the English Premier League with 21 goals in 24 games. In addition to that, he’s also the current top scorer in the Champions League with 6 goals in 7 games. He surclasses everyone else with his fantastic ability to dribble and score.
